No, we can not ‘lower’ your order value on customs papers.

No, prices on our website are without EU vat when you order from the UK!

No, please check with your local government on how to get import taxes back when you are returning your order to us.

If you refuse to pay import taxes to UPS, you’r parcel will be shipped back to our warehouse in the Netherlands. We will refund you the order amount but we will deduct any cost that UPS charges us for the failed delivery by your fault. This (may) include; Shipping to the UK, Shipping from the UK to NL, import fees and/or administration cost.
